EVENT: Sound Meditation with Ileana at Victoria Trails

You are invited to experience deep relaxation where the sound of crystal bowls and other instruments guide you to relax each part of the body allowing all the thoughts and feelings that appear in an atmosphere of non-judgment. 

You will be guided through meditation to create visualizations where you could go to the depths of your heart and fill it with love. The primary intention is to create peace and balance, to be present in the “here and now”, and transform through loving awareness all the fears, pains, anxieties and resentments that we all experience as human beings.

- Bring your own mat.
- Drink.
- Blanket and pillow.
