EVENT: Sound Meditation with Ileana & Adam at Soul Needs Community Space

Experience profound relaxation through the therapeutic sounds of crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, water sticks, drums, and other instruments. This session guides participants into a meditative state, fostering deep inner peace and connection to a higher sense of wisdom. In a non-judgmental environment, you are encouraged to release thoughts and emotions while finding comfort in a seated or reclined position. Facilitated by Ileana and Adam, this meditation incorporates visualizations to nurture self-love, promote presence, and transform fears, anxieties, and resentments into balance and tranquility. Recommendations:

• Bring your own yoga mat. 

• Blanket and pillow for comfort.

• Water bottle.
